Breakfast Yoghurt Medley Recipe

It is now 7 years since my operation. I still have difficulty eating hard foods e.g. steaks, apples and raw vegetables.

50g raspberries 

50g strawberries 

50g pear (chopped) 

50g peach (chopped)

50g kiwi fruit 

50g blueberries

1 small banana

1 tablespoon linseed (milled) 

2 tablespoons oat bran 

2 teaspoons plain yoghurt

 2 tablespoons honey 

Cooking instructions

Chop assorted fruit and add linseed, oat bran, yoghurt and honey.
